OTS Messaging Anti-Spam Policy

OTS Messaging LLC is totally against Spam being sent to users without the user’s permission. Spam is the unsolicited receipt of voice, text, fax or email messages which a person has neither requested nor given permission to any solicitor to send.

As stated under our Terms and Conditions section of our web page, you are not allowed to:
· Use our service in connection with chain letters, junk email, junk phone messages, junk faxes, spamming or any duplicative or unsolicited messages (commercial or otherwise).
· Harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including email addresses, without their consent.
· Create a false identity or forged email, SMS text message, phone or fax address or header, or otherwise attempt to mislead others as to the identity of the sender or the origin of the message.

Customers/clients of our service must abide by our anti-spam policy! All individuals who receive messages through our system must opt-in.

Opt-In, Opt-Out Policy

We have made the opt-in policy very simple for our clients and their customers or employees. Instead of having your customers or employees individually sign-up on a designated website, the first message you send through our services will require customers or employees to select whether they want to receive messages from you.

The first time a client of OTS Messaging sends a message to a group of their customers or employees, OTS will precede the message with an opt-in message. For example, Company ABC sends its first message. OTS’ message will read as follows: ‘If you wish to receive future messages from company ABC text “ABC ACCEPT” to 32075. If not, text “ABC DECLINE” to 32075.

Upon receipt of an ‘ACCEPT’ the initial message from ABC Company will be sent immediately. Those who selected ‘DECLINE’ will not receive any messages until they send a text message indicating an ‘ACCEPT’ response as stated above.

The opt-in policy ensures that each person who is receiving messages through OTS services has given permission for messages to be sent to them. Recipients can opt-out any time by texting the ‘ABC DECLINE’ as indicated above. Additionally, all emails will always contain an ‘Unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of each message allowing a user to opt-out.

Email support@otsmessaging.com to report unsolicited messages that has OTS Messaging somewhere in the message. Provide us with your mobile device number, message date, time and contents. We will make sure that you are taken off the list.
